The purpose of my visit to the hotel was to explore the historical sites of Madinah. I found the accommodations to be excellent; everything was very clean and functional. Among the various amenities, I particularly appreciated the comfort of the bathroom facilities, especially the toiletries provided. The staff were exceptionally helpful, with Fatima offering invaluable tips for navigating local attractions. My room was ready earlier than expected, which was a delightful surprise. My experience was highly satisfactory, and I am grateful for the warm hospitality extended by the hotel.
